L2 Index |

|
| The L2 Index has been designed to measure the contribution that L2 agents and operatives make towards L2′s mission. Each agent and operative has a unique L2 Index its value depends on their activities, and it is used by the L2 organization to track the performance of agents and operatives at all levels. While the details about the Index calculations for agents have never been released, some details about the how the operatives′ L2 Index is calculated have been publicly disclosed. The operatives′ Index is a very important consideration when the Operating Council makes decisions on granting
Agent hood. That said, it is only one of the many factors that L2 considers, others being consistency, current L2 needs, velocity (speed with which the score was achieved) and other undisclosed factors.
